Writ seeks order to appoint SC judges from lawyers.

A official document petition was filed with the supreme court (HC) on weekday seeking its order for taking necessary initiatives to appoint the Supreme Court (SC) judges, together with the justice, from the SC lawyers as per the article ninety five of the constitution, reports UNB.
The official document conjointly wanted a rule asking the authorities involved to elucidate on why the non-appointment of the justice against the vacant post shouldn't be declared unconstitutional.
Supreme Court professional Eunus Ali Akond filed the official document petition.
"I filed the official document because the post of the justice has been vacant for a protracted time. The hearing on the petition could also be survived Sunday," he aforesaid adding that law secretary, cupboard secretary, secretary to the president's workplace, principal secretary to the prime minister and therefore the registrar general of the Supreme Court are created respondents to the rule.
